Scouts boost cookie sales with online tools

2012 Annual ReportGirl Scouts started using technology to get an extra boost in their Girl Scout Cookie sales, the Baltimore Sun reported. From e-mail marketing, to social media, to iPhone apps, the tools enabled Girl Scouts to spread their message farther and gain new entrepreneurial skills.
