Patch Design by local Scout puts her in the pink

2012 Annual ReportGirl Scout Linda Redd’s winning patch design for Girl Scouts of Central Maryland’s World Thinking Day event earned her a ride in a pink limousine, the Maryland Gazette reported. Redd took her parents and five friends on the celebratory ride, which included a stop at the park, a cruise through Glen Burnie, and a grand entrance at a party at her house, the article said. Redd’s patch design was given to hundreds of girls who attended the World Thinking Day event.
