Congratulations to Girl Scouts Rose and Emily of Troop 2313 in Elkridge who recently earned their Girl Scout Silver Awards for their work to refurbish Peter Pan Pines at Camp Whippoorwill. To complete their project, the girls dedicated their summer days to building six benches for a fire ring, clearing away brush from the camp area, building a firewood box and painting the pavilion and picnic tables. The girls said they hoped their work would make the area more accessible and enjoyable for future campers. Great work girls!
