Girl Scouts of Central Maryland CEO Traci Barnett was named to the Daily Record’s Top 100 Women Circle of Excellence.

The Top 100 Women award recognizes high-achieving Maryland women who are making an impact through their leadership, community service and mentoring. Honorees are inducted into the Circle of Excellence after being nominated three times. The winners are selected by an outside panel of business leaders based on professional accomplishment, community involvement and commitment to mentoring.
