Girl Scout alumna Nadine Haas Wellington was one of five named to Edgewood High School’s Hall of Fame on Tuesday, the Baltimore Sun reports.
Wellington, a graduate of Edgewood High School’s class of 1972, was a student representative to Girl Scouts of Central Maryland, the article states. She has worked as an educator for 35 years, first teaching middle school science, and is now the principal of Mountain Christian School in Joppa.
The new inductees joined the Hall of Fame in a ceremony at Edgewood High School and were presented with plaques and medallions and awards from government leaders. Congratulations to the new inductees! Read the full article here.
