Guest Blog: Girl Scout Likitha Reflects on Her Experience as A Distinguished Women’s Shadow Girl

The Shadowing experience was so wonderful for me. Since I want to be a lawyer, experiencing the everyday life of attorney Michelle Lipkowitz with Saul Ewing, LLP, was so exciting. This program is so great because it not only provides girls with an opportunity to explore future careers, but it also teaches them how to lead a life full of service, commitment, and family. All the women that were honored have very full lives and shadowing any one of them–regardless of career–shows the true beauty of woman leadership. Hearing what they had to say at the Distinguished Women’s Award Reception was extremely enlightening and I would encourage girls to try to seek this opportunity.
