Three Cadettes from Troop 2257 in Glen Burnie are working on their Silver Award, making dog vests for the SPCA that say ” Adopt Me” for use with the foster dogs so that they can get attention as they are walked around the neighborhood. The scouts delivered some vests and dog bandannas to the Maryland SPCA today.
