As the finale to their Media Journey, troop 166 toured the WJZ news station in Baltimore. Along with members of troop 772 and 1766, the girls learned about set design, robotic cameras, and many other technologies used behind the scenes. They even got to play meteorologist in front of the green screen. After watching the filming of the noonday news, the girls met the TV personalities and learned about how they got their start and what it takes to be a news anchor.
