Are you looking for a way to celebrate the season with your Girl Scout troop? Enjoy the colors and weather of Fall at some exciting Outdoor Programs. Ready, Aims, Bull’s-Eye
Come to camp and learn about ARCHERY! This two-hour program activity will concentrate on safety, shooting techniques and target practice. Volunteer instructors will lead each session. It doesn’t matter whether you hit the target or not—you can have a blast!

Outdoor Basics
Spend your day at camp learning some basic outdoor skills such as knot tying, fire building, hiking, and of course, s’more making! Girl Scout Brownies will earn the Hiker badge and Girl Scout Juniors will earn the Camper badge. Cost includes program supplies, one meal, badge and snack.

Caching Out
Get your hands on a GPS and learn how it works. Use it to go on a high-tech treasure hunt to locate hidden boxes in the out-of-doors. Girl Scout Juniors will complete at least two badge requirements towards the Geocaching Badge.

Zombie Survival
Do you have what it takes to endure a zombie invasion? The zombie pandemic is spreading across central Maryland and researchers need your help to find the cure! You’ll start this event by determining who of you has contracted the virus; those left will join the team of researchers. You’re mission: avoid the zombies, find the other research stations, and salvage their research – combined you may be able to cure the disease! Keep your wits… and brains about you and you just might succeed. Dinner and breakfast are included in this overnighter. Fee includes overnight camping, programing, snacks, two meals and a participation patch.

Rockwall Adventures
The best view of camp is at the top of the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland rock wall. Challenge yourself to make it to the top of the 25 foot tower. Learn safety tips for future climbing and earn a participation patch.

Night Owl
Come to camp and learn about the sights and sounds of the night. Find out about shadows, meet nocturnal animals, and make your very own glow in the dark Sweet Dream bracelet.
