Learning to talk about the Black Rat snake.
Hi everyone!
I am Tweet from the Caitlin’s Outdoor Adventurers, and from the committee of The Big Outdoors Event. Even a 6th grade Cadette can be on a committee and help plan. I’ve been on this committee for almost 3 years. I am going to tell you a few of the fun and exciting things we do during The Big Outdoors Event. You can enjoy archery, look at different animals in the nature center, and much, much more! You can also volunteer to run your own table! During my very first year, I showed off my Take-Action project which involved plarn (plastic yarn). The next year I showed off my Bronze Award and my troop (my other troop 1552 ) did magnetic fishing. I had a blast! We had so much fun that we decided to do that again.
If you want to have a table, please contact Billy Boxturtle at bheinbuch@gscm.org. And if you’re a Cadette or older and want more outdoor activities, come join the Caitlin’s Outdoor Adventurers. We meet on Sunday’s at 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
Hope to see you there!
