Girl Scout Week: Be a Leader

Leader is confident, responsible, and committed to changing the world for the better—and she’s happiest when others join her in taking the lead!

Take the lead today by organizing a community service project (i.e. a project that helps solve an immediate need, but doesn’t necessarily impact the root cause of an issue) or a Take Action Project (i.e. seek to eliminate the need altogether). Both make the world a better place, just in different ways!

Take a look around your community and identify a need you can help address, rally your family members and friends, unleash your inner Leader, and make the world a better place!

Showcase your participation by sharing the activities you did each day with us on social media! Here are links to our social pages and the hashtag we’ll be using:

Each day, we will select at random, five members (could be girl members or adult members) to receive a Girl Scout Week Patch. Winners will be notified by email and their patch will be mailed to their home.
