2019 Girl Scout Voices Count Survey Launches May 15!
GSUSA’s annual Girl Scout Voices Count survey of service unit volunteers launches today, May 15. The goal of the survey is to assess KPIs, roles, and activities with regard to service units and service unit volunteers, ultimately to inform our future strategies. The survey will close on June 10, and national and council results will be available in late August. Thank you in advance for taking this important survey.
Ask Congress to Support Title IV-A Funding and Girl Scout Partnerships
Congress is making plans for federal spending in Fiscal Year 2020 (FY20). Now is a critical time to urge lawmakers to protect Title IV-A, also known as the Student Support and Academic Enrichment Grant, and the Girl Scout council partnerships it supports!
A formula block grant created through the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Title IV-A funding goes to activities and programs that foster a well-rounded education, safe and welcoming learning environments, and the effective use of technology. School districts can use Title IV-A on partnerships with Girl Scout councils to complement in-classroom learning in computer science and STEM, bullying prevention, outdoor and environmental education, and financial literacy.
But states and school districts require the certainty of future funding to plan and implement strategies that deliver valuable learning experiences in a safe and encouraging setting–including through partnerships with Girl Scout councils and other community-based organizations.
You can help ensure that girls receive a comprehensive education and the skills they need to become our future leaders. Tell your Members of Congress to support robust FY20 funding for Title IV-A, the Student Support and Academic Enrichment Grant!

You must have your latest bank statement attached to the report. Please make sure you have everything ready to submit before publishing the report to Council; you can only submit once!
GSUSA has been actively closing VTK on the third Wednesday of each month for around one to two hours. This is to ensure that updates are consistently being made. You will receive a pop up when attempting to access the VTK reminding you of these routine shutdowns.
