In business, people skills are very important and no one knows that better than salon owner and certified hair colorist Dina Tillman. Join her as she gives you an inside look on what it is like to be an entrepreneur and how you can use your people skills to bring in those cookie sales.

About Dina Tillman

My name is Dina Tillman. After many years of managing large beauty department salons successfully, I decided it was time to jump out on faith and run my own business. I am a Redken certified hair colorist with over 16 years of hands on experience. I am dedicated to providing that WOW guest experience. I love making my guests feel beautiful and want every one of my guests to feel like the best versions of themselves. If I can make you feel like the beauty you are, I have accomplished my goal. “If you don’t look good, we don’t look good” is our motto. (Vidal Sassoon) My goal in opening Hello Bonita Hair Salon was not just to build a lasting clientele, but to introduce and build up new and creative stylists to the beauty industry. I want to help mold and create the entrepreneurial spirit where successful people build more successful people!
