It is an amazing opportunity for Daisy Girl Scouts to learn what robots do, understand how robots move, and design a robot. Do you think robots are all electronically made? Do you think robots have to have electrical gadgets, switchboards, and buzzers?  Think again! Our robots will be made from everyday materials and will still be able to follow our commands. What will your robot look like and what will he/she be able to do for you? Join us at this workshop and let your imagination run wild! Badges must be purchased separately. To register, click here.

Netiquette for Cadettes–June 6, 10AM

Our digital world makes it easy to stay in touch and share friendships, memories, and ideas. But we’ve all heard embarrassing stories in which people wish they’d never hit the “send” button. Once you’ve put it out there, it never goes away. But you can use that to your benefit, too. This badge is all about knowing how to make positive choices in the online world. We will be joined by a law enforcement professional who will help us navigate through the virtual world. Girl Scout Cadettes will earn the Netiquette Badge, all others will receive a fun patch. Join us on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at 10:00AM for this virtual program. To register, click here.

Ready, Set, Bake! (J,C,S,A)–June 13, 1:30PM

Do you know a Girl Scout that’s an aspiring pastry chef? Whether she knows how to bake or not, if she like cookies, she won’t want to miss this program. GSCM is once again partnering with our friend and Girl Scout Alumna, Chef Beth from the Lord Baltimore Hotel to offer Girl Scouts top notch culinary instruction. This time, we will work on honing their baking skills, as they learn to make Baltimore’s SECOND favorite cookie (right behind the Thin Mint of course), the Berger Cookie. If she has never experienced this hometown treat, have her join us Sunday, June 13, 2021, 1:30PM for this virtual baking event. To register, click here.
