Cookies with a Cause: Clarksville Troop Helps Local Charities

Clarksville troop 1948 is already service-oriented, so finding a cause to dedicate their Cookie proceeds to was only natural, the Columbia Flier reports. The Girl Scouts decided they’d like to help local children and animals in need, so they donated boxes of Cookies and dedicated portions of their proceeds to the Ronald McDonald House Charities and Frisky’s Wildlife Sanctuary. Honor Community Heroes with Cookies from the Heart

We have expanded our annual Gift of Caring campaign, which, until now, focused solely on donations to U.S. military personnel. This year, teachers, firefighters, police, EMTs, nurses and military personnel can be recipients of the Gift of Caring campaign– Cookies from the Heart.
